Visitor Comments about Specific Videos and Instructors

Videos: Comments about the videos, written by previous visitors, are created and displayed in that video's description. Just use any search method to find the video you're interested in.

Instructors: Comments about the instructors, written by previous visitors, are created and displayed in that instructor's profile. Just click on the Instructor Profiles tab to find the instructor you're interested in.

Forum Guidelines

The purpose of this forum is to provide a community where video exercisers can exchange ideas. Toward that goal, we review all the comments before they are posted. We will not post any comments that:

· Use profanity, obscenities or are just mean-spirited.

· Are not related to fitness or fitness videos (e.g. religion, diet pills, etc.).

· Include any physical addresses -- for your own protection.

· Are not informative (e.g., out-of-context remarks, single word comments, etc.)

· Any information relating to Collage competitors (e.g. other sources for workout videos).

Also note: Please do not use all-caps -- it's like you're just "screaming."

We will not change the content of your comments, but we may edit or shorten them for readability.
