Amy Bento's All Cardio Hi-Low Knockout |
I will grow to love this one! |
| I know I will grow to love this workout but the moves are a bit hard to get down the first few times. I love how it keeps your heart rate up and you are continually moving- I also love the fact that there are some great kickboxing moves in it-- front kicks, crescents and side kicks during one knockout. This is definitely more fun than her hi/lo extreme in my opinion. I am looking forward to doing it again as I am hoping to get all the moves down next time so I won't have to be frustrated. It is a milestone we must get over to really enjoy workouts like this!! - posted by Mandee on 10/27/2008 |

    TOO COMPLICATED |
| Loved the music. I have done this workout several times and consider myself pretty coordinated. The choreography is too complicated. I don't think it's necessary for the choreography to be so complicated that you become frustrated learning it. A workout is supposed to be enjoyable. - posted by BETH on 9/28/2008 |

    Wow, Ow... and wonderful! |
| I am an advanced exerciser, and this was a challenge for me. I don't pretend to be at the highest end of the advanced scale, but I feel I am pretty advanced. None of the other Amy's, however, have been as much as a challenge as this one, though HI/lo xtreme came close. This is an amazing workout! I was reluctant in buying this, as I have not yet tried Amy for Kickboxing. I have ordered all her other dvds so quickly after doing this one, it's going to take me weeks to get through them! THe Choreography in this workout is extremely fun. I loved Amy's Hi/lo dome workout, due to the varied choreography, but this is even better! My heart rate was through the roof! The intervals are longer than on some of her other dvds, and this makes you really feel every move. I find Hi/lo Dome as much fun as this one, despite it being slightly (I mean ever so slightly) easier. Her moves are so innovative that you never lose interest. Although combos 3 and 4 are slightly easier, they are not easy! Amy has hit a winner with this workout. Every muscle appears to be worked, and it is a real cardio challenge. I particularly like, in the knockouts, how she utilises different muscles. I found knock out two harder than the rest, and I would warn that it is more difficult on carpet. But I enjoy having something to work up to. The Ab workout is fabulous. So often are the ab sections on Dvds the same boring moves that they aren't worth doing. Amy's ab workout is so innovative that it leaves you wanting more. I think this workout is a winner. If I could give it more than five stars I would. - posted by Zoe on 9/28/2008 |

    I love Amy Bento |
| I love Amy Bento. Here's another workout of hers with fantastic music, exciting moves, advanced level. It's just an all-around great workout for someone who wants an advanced cardio challenge. Regarding the choreography, give yourself a few times through to get it all down. But I got enough of it on my first try that I could enjoy the workout completely! - posted by Marianne on 9/27/2008 |

Fabulous Workout and Awesome Music |
| I really loved this workout and the music (finally...something more than weird techno-beat aerobics music). It was definitely a cardio-challenge, but the music is so motivating and fun that you want to keep going. I am somewhat choreography-challenged, so I took each choreography segment (there are 4) and learned one new one at the end of my standard workout each day until I finally had the entire workout down. Now, the choreography is a piece of cake and lots of fun. I highly recommend this DVD. - posted by Rebecca on 9/14/2008 |

One of my favorite workouts! |
| This is one of my favorite cardio workouts, and I have so much fun doing it! Granted, it took me a few times to get the choreography down, but, once you learn it, it's great to not have it repeated too much. The music on this is great, and Amy's fun personality shines through. Highly recommended! - posted by Leanne on 9/2/2008 |

    Hi-Lo Forever Please! |
| Amy's energy is infectious and i love the non-stop movement throughout this workout. Some of the combinations are very creative and once you get them heaps of fun, but on my first few attempts, I would NOT have found it boring if Amy had broken them down more, particularly as during the learning phase the moves were not done in 32 count brackets. Having said that... it's still hard to beat a great hi-lo floor workout especially when there is so much variety on offer these days - posted by Helen on 8/19/2008 |

    Good |
| Great music, nice tape. Modified burpees using the step (do not like too much in my head as I get older). Giving it 4 stars as modifier could have been used more. Other wise a very good tape. Recommend it. - posted by Luli on 7/31/2008 |

I LOVE MY AMY BENTO!!! |
| I have about 3 of Amy's workouts and I love each of them. I love high impact aerobics and she is constantly moving the entire time. Her energy is contagious and the music is always great! I look forward to doing her workouts. If I'm not drenched in sweat, I don't feel like I've done a great workout. I never have to worry about that with Amy's workouts. Straight to the shower for me!! Love ya Amy - keep 'em coming! - posted by Stephanie on 7/28/2008 |

    Loved it! |
| What a great workout! Really got my heartrate up without sacrificing on the choreography. I got most of it on my first try. I'm sure after 2-3 more times I'll have it down perfectly. I will have to agree with the reviewer that said that knockouts 3 and 4 are not as hard as 1 and 2 and that my heartrate did come down after the first half but it was still excellent. The combos were challenging enough to keep my heartrate high enough. I love her energy and her enthusiasm. She's great without being over-the-top. Also, the core work was excellent. What innovative moves! I really feel my core working. Very happy with my purchase. - posted by Adina on 7/28/2008 |
