Fast-paced and sexy — this four-DVD set includes a motivating variety of Latin music and dance styles (all filmed MTV-style). You’ll burn fat and tone your core with a non-stop medley of sensuous hip swings, shoulder rolls and ab twists. Each DVD has a specific dance focus; you can repeat your favorites or use them all to vary your workout (e.g. the Samba disc one day, the Salsa disc the next). Two unique DVD features: you can choose front or back views and you can pause the workout at any time to see details of that dance technique. You also get four, 25-minute couples-dance tutorials (so you can use these moves on a nightclub dance floor). ©2006. (77 min. ea.). DVD has: Chapter menus.

Isolations Work
I am an advanced exerciser and a serious amateur dancer (tap & ballet). These workouts incorporate many traditional jazz style muscle isolations. Set your mind on the movements and they produce great results. If you do not feel it - you are not working the muscle. - posted by Christa on 8/30/2008
Fun and effective!
I am not a dancer. I don't typically enjoy "dancey" workouts. I decided to buy these because it seemed like something fun to do with my daughters. They like to work out with me, and I knew they would like a more "fun" workout. These are no joke! Tough, and a lot of sweat, but very fun! And they have enough dance technique to please the more formal workout lover I am. My super-active and tough 11-year-old thought this was challenging, and that's really saying something. We're going to have to have a dance party in our house by the end of the summer. - posted by momto4 on 6/5/2008
Would not buy again!
Really wish I hadn't bought this set, especially at $49.95; really wish I had thought to send it back before the 30 days; constant hip shaking is just not my thing, I prefer something where I'm moving around more; not my kind of music either; the only positive thing I can say is it is bright and colorful - posted by Mindy on 5/21/2008
Loved it.
I love this workout. I have seen more results in my waistline and stomach area since doing this. My workout buddy feels the same way. It really works. - posted by Janie on 4/26/2008
LOVED IT!
It was harder than it looked. I love doing these kind of moves, and it was a good workout. - posted by Amy on 4/21/2008
Core Worked for Me
I am middle aged and concerned about excess weight in my middle and heart disease. I tried core rhythms once and have loved it ever since. Finally a workout that was enjoyable, not painful and inches shed off my middle so quickly. This workout really worked for me. The instructor Jaana has also made this workout easliy understood and at times I feel like a real dancer. I am so grateful for the weight loss of 35 pounds and inches off my waist & hips. I love this workout and will continue to dance the inches and weight away. Thank you Jaana for your encouragement and enthusiasm. - posted by Gail DeFalco on 4/17/2008
Happy results!
I used to wear size 12, and had an apple shape. I did this work-out faitfully, and at least three times a week. Now, My abs are more toned and I wear size 8(My goal is size5). Just give it a try and don't give up, and watch the portion of meal too. Anyway, I really like this dvd, and good ab workout. No wonder, many dancers have killer abs and nice body. - posted by Jessica on 4/9/2008
Awesome***Awesome***Awesome
Jaana & Julia have put out something that is sexy, entertaining, and just plain FUN.... I have been using these videos for 8 weeks and have lost 20 pounds without changing my eating habits. I am addicted to these videos and recommend them to everyone. I can not wait until they drop a new video. Just give it a try, you will lOVE IT! - posted by Angie on 3/20/2008
Awesome Ab Workout!
It's fun and very sexy! I've gained confidence in my body and have stomach toning that I've never had before! Also gained in waist and hip flexibility. Wish they'd made more so I could continue learning new dance moves!!! - posted by Deanna on 10/13/2007

Segments that include both aerobics & toning
Some workouts combine aerobics and toning. If the aerobics and toning are done at the same time, you'll see a "blended" graph. If the aerobics and toning are done in short, alternating intervals, you'll see an "interval" graph.
