The hi/lo segments are taught by Jari — challenging sequences of jacks, jumps and turns. The dance intervals are led by a professional dance instructor; they include jazz, disco, Latin and hip hop (cleverly, the DVD has premixes that let you work out to only the hi/lo or only the dance moves).
