Question: I recently started a fitness program and I feel better. I have more energy and my muscles are just starting to develop. My problem is, I haven't lost any weight. I actually think I have gained a pound or two. What am I doing wrong?
Answer:
The key is that muscle weighs two and a half times more than fat. When you exercise on a regular basis and stick to a helthy diet you are constantly challenging your muscles to perform causing them to get stronger and more dense...and, consequently, to weigh more.
