Expect Holiday Shipping Delays

Dear Collage Video Customers,

This announcement is to notify our customers that due to high volume in online holiday shopping, shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.) are experiencing temporary delays.

To ensure your DVDs are delivered in time, please place your holiday and gift orders as soon as possible.

For your convenience, if you’re shipping gifts, for Hanukah, Kwanza, Christmas, or other holiday traditions, find the recommended deadlines in the following tables.

March 14: Inclement Weather Closure

Order processing and shipping operations will also be suspended until Wednesday, March 15th. All orders will begin processing on Wednesday, and will ship by Friday, March 17th latest.

NEW Priority Shipping Rates

Dear Collage Video Customers,

Due to a recent increase in commercial shipping rates implemented by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Priority Mail package service, we have modified and simplified our Domestic shipping rates and policies. These new rates are effective 01/16/2017.

For orders to USA addresses, all Priority Mail orders (up to 8 DVDs) will now ship for $7.49.

Customer Service: Thanksgiving Weekend Hours

Just a quick note to inform you of Collage Video's schedule for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday weekend:

Customer Service phone and e-mail closes at 3:00 pm (Eastern) on Wednesday, November 23 and resumes at 9:00 am on Monday, November 28. Orders placed from 11/23 through 11/27 will be begin processing for shipping on November 28.
