Personal History: Debby Mack has an infectious personality! She has been a group fitness instructor for over 15 years. As a group fitness leader she has been helping people move and change their lives with fun and effective workouts. As a group exercise instructor Debby prides herself on working exclusively with people of size. With her passion and energy she is dedicated to help people not only get fit but actually enjoy exercise.
As a "normal" size fitness instructor Debby has found her passion working with overweight clients who face stereotypes when trying to get fit and healthy. In 2009 Debby opened her own studio called the Aerobic Warehouse and in 2010 began releasing plus size workout dvds. Debra has had the pleasure of working with Debra Mazda, ShapelyGirl fitness as well as Leslie Sansone, Walk Productions. Debby has been featured in several Walk at home dvds and teamed up with ShapelyGirl fitness to write and present the most complete group exercise certification available. Debby holds certifications as a Leslie Sansone Walk Leader and as a ShapelyGirl fitness instructor.
