Qualifications: PSC Master Teacher Trainer/Staff Member, AFTA Certified Personal Trainer.
Personal History: Born and raised in Sweden, Helena is a graduate of the Ballet Academy in Stockholm. She moved to America 1995 were she pursued a carrier as a professional dancer. She toured nationally and internationally with numerous Broadway musicals such as Cats, West Side Story & The Who’s Tommy to mention a few.
Helena is a proud Radio City Rockette of 8 years, a judge for Show-Stoppers and one of Pilates Sports Center’s Master Teacher Trainers. Her passion after having her 2 children, is to pass on the knowledge of the importance to never stop moving, no matter what age! With her dance background and her now, 10 years working professionally as a body healer, she is excited to be part of PSC’s creation of the Burn At the Barre™ Programs and DVDs.
