Personal History: My approach is unique in that I create programs [with] my clients to tailor fit their needs individually; designing the most effective plan that will provide results according to their specific goals. My purpose in life is to motivate and inspire others to find that higher level of well-being and personal fitness that everyone truly deserves! Dating back to my youth, I'm a working-balance of long distance running, soccer, agility & strength. As of currently, I have a few years under my belt as a National Bodybuilding Figure Competitor, Professional Fitness Coach and Group Fitness instructor. Overall I fume, passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy cooking as I have a strong desire to share it with the masses! Making a difference by motivating people to live a healthy, fit, active lifestyle is my inspiration. I am inspired and informed by my ongoing personal journey through healing and self-discovery, and find it deeply nourishing to assist others along their healthy paths. I am passionate about providing the necessary tools to those who would like to explore, experience, and evolve the deepest aspects of their multidimensional being and inner worlds which exist beyond the mind and reside in body. This includes those who desire to balance out the receptive, intuitive, and emotional intelligence of their being with the active, physical, logical, and thinking nature of their mind. Live in health, be fit.
Workout Philosophy: Movement is a medicine for creating change in a persons physical, emotional and mental stresses. It's about the Body & Soul and living fit! A healthy body is a healthy mind.
Success Story: All of my clients are unique to their own success story. Two memorable success stories are as told: My client John: In 2008, at the time, I was training in the city of Chino Hills and the City had a "Biggest Loser" challenge which was going on for 6 months. John ended up losing 88lbs, making a complete lifestyle change reaching the fittest and healthiest point he's ever been in. Also, I received Trainer of the Year for the City Of Chino Hills! It was such an honor to be his guiding tool to success and an amazing accomplishment for both of us. John remains fit till this day. On the other end of the spectrum, I also have worked with a lady named Yvette, my sunshine, to whom calls me coach. She has rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with a warrior heart. The programs I designed for her are very specific. The approach has measurable results. When I started with her in 2010 she needed a cane to walk, and had some limitations due to the RA. After lots of motivation, resistance bands, stretching, massage techniques and patience, she is now moving around with ease and no cane. Yvette is a tough cookie and has been a blessing to train.
