Four distinct dance segments: jazz, Latin and club-funk aerobics plus ballet toning — this DVD lets you mix and match them in any order. You're sure to burn calories and have fun; it's super-easy to follow and packed with Denise's legendary enthusiasm (“be a little flashy,” “strut your stuff,” “great, now you've got it!”). Each 10-minute cardio section features non-intimidating dances in an add-on style (e.g. Latin: salsas, cha chas and mambos that build from basic to slightly more complex). The ballet toning is graceful and calming — from standing lunges, pliés and arabesques to floorwork planks and crunches. ©2006.
