Level: Intermediate
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Aerobics Impact: Mixed

Nine of Gilad's actual TV workout programs from the 1992 and 1993 seasons (but without the annoying commercials). These compact, total-body workouts are true classics — motivating, no-nonsense exercises that will still burn fat and sculpt your body. Each program is a little different — different aerobics styles, different muscle groups, different exercisers and different sunny Hawaiian settings. The cardio ranges from low-impact marches to higher-impact jumping jacks. The toning includes both standing and floor exercises (often with “bonus” toning integrated into the warm-ups).
