Nine of Gilad's “Bodies in Motion” TV shows from 1989 to 1992 (but without the annoying commercials). Each 22-minute program is a true total body workout — a varied medley of cardio, toning and stretch exercises. The moves are straight-forward, easy-to-follow classics. They range from marches, kicks and jumping jacks to squats, push-ups and crunches (“old school,” but still effective). This series is filmed on a cruise ship, on a beach and on a rocky oceanside setting. Gilad is a motivating, no-nonsense instructor (and, in this series, a little bit playful). Compilation released in 2008 from programs originally copyrighted in 1989-1992.
