Certified instructor description:
A “real” aero/tone workout specially created for 8 to 13-year-olds. Gilad keeps the kids energized in a positive, supportive way; he emphasizes the importance of both form and fun. The exercises are “kid friendly” but never “dumbed down.” They range from marches, kicks and jacks to ab crunches, bicep curls and leg lifts. They're proven classics — moves you might see in a junior high calisthenics class (but the coach is much nicer and the Hawaiian-beach scenery is much more motivating). ©2009.
