Certified instructor description:
Three high-energy DVDs that combine sexy, bellydance-style hip motions with a driving Reggae soundtrack (this is definitely not conventional "Hawaiian hula"). Every move emphasizes non-stop hip action — from circles, sweeps and waterfalls to snakes, figure-eights and "booty bounces" (plus lots of varied arm patterns). The three workouts, which build in intensity, always use the same format. After a short practice tutorial, you'll start with a fat-burning warm-up. That's followed by a slightly slower-paced "breakdown" and a fast-moving "put it all together" combo section. The ending body-sculpting segment targets your abs with hip circles and your legs with squat-style dance steps. Great music — from pure Polynesian drums to urban Reggae vocals. ©2011.
