Designed for plus-size women, it's an easy-to-follow program that's safe, fun and motivating. You'll burn fat as you build confidence and re-discover the joy of movement. It's led by Debra Mazda — a high-energy, 165-pound fitness pro (who once weighed 310 pounds — she knows that “fitness comes in many sizes”). The moves are straight-forward but never boring; you're sure to be shaking your shoulders and rolling your hips right along with this all-plus-size class. The workout also features intensity options that let you match the level to your situation. Includes a bonus 9-minute toning section. ©2008.
