Created for plus-size women, this easy-to-follow fat-burner features moves that range from basic marches to more diverse variations. It's a format that combines the simplicity of in-home walking with the variety of classic aerobics. Debra Mazda, a plus-size woman who has lost 140 pounds, is a supportive and motivating instructor. She starts with a power march — a simple walking-style “base move” that you can come back to whenever you want. Then she slowly adds in the variety — heel digs, step touches, knee lifts ... even a fun little sashay sequence (often done in varying directions at varying tempos). The short ab toning segment is all standing; there are no crunches or curls. ©2009.
