Golden Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon cardamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- raspberries, coconut, chia seeds to garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender add the ice cubes, coconut milk, avocado, vanilla, and all the spices and blend on high.
- Add to a bowl and top with any fruits, nuts, seeds or coconut. I used raspberries, coconut and chia seeds.
