Product Description: Beautifully filmed in a peaceful garden setting, it's a great way to increase flexibility, reduce stress and develop an inner serenity (“clear your mind of all extraneous thoughts …”). The first two segments teach a classic series of Qi Gong and Tai Chi postures. Each movement is carefully demonstrated, step-by-step, with an emphasis on mindfulness, breath and technique. In the third section, you'll incorporate these postures into a graceful, relaxing “Tai Chi flow.” Excellent one-on-one cuing by an experienced, gentle teacher (Samuel Barnes, founder of the Tai Chi Works in Beverly Hills). Quiet music. ©2008.
