Product Description:
Filmed in a lush garden overlooking the Pacific Ocean, these 20-minute yoga programs are designed to create a toned, streamlined body and a calm, focused mind. The Glutes & Thighs session will help strengthen and stretch the muscle groups of the lower body to create a firm foundation that is also free-moving and flexible. The Arms & Shoulders sequence contains poses that were specifically selected to tone and shape these areas for an upper body that is sleek, strong and sculpted. The Abs & Core routine focuses on tightening the abdominals and conditioning the muscles of the lower back to develop a more lean and defined midsection. Together these three programs can help shape, strengthen and firm your body in the very positive, powerful way that only yoga can leaving you feeling relaxed, at peace and connected with your truest, best self.
