Certified instructor description: A solid combination of dynamic and static stretches with a great new-age soundtrack. You'll increase total-body flexibility while listening to flute and guitar music by Narada Productions. This IDEA Instructor of the Year starts with faster dynamic stretches to warm every part of your body. Then, it's a well-designed series of 20 to 30-second static moves focused on the legs, buttocks and arms. Karen shows three different intensity levels, gives precise technique tips and has a great attitude (e.g. “just relax into the stretch …”). ©1991.
