Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

A playful and flirty program based on classic and modern Indian dance moves. It's perfect for those days when you just want to have fun and move to the music (not do “hardcore” exercises). The dances include large-muscle, lower-body motions that tone your legs as they gently boost your heart rate. The moves range from fast-paced hip flicks and “booty shakes” to sensuous figure-eights and “snake arms.” The first three segments demonstrate a different dance; the last section puts them all together into a flowing sequence (“dancing like a goddess”).
