Certified instructor description: The legacy of Jack LaLanne will live on through the many television shows he has produced in his career. As with the first six, volume seven stars true to the form depicting the master of fitness, with his dog "Happy" in his element motivating and stimulating his students through exercise, nutritional wisdom, and wry humor.
Remember these shows were filmed in the 1950's and 60's and still contain information which is just as contemporary as anything you see today.
