Certified instructor description: Tap into the strength within as you challenge yourself with a mind and body bootcamp adventure that's sure to spice up your exercise routine. It's a fast-paced toning workout that infuses yoga into classic body-sculpting routines. The two techniques are never forced together; instead, the yoga naturally blends into the toning (e.g. a "power skater" movement just gracefully flows into a reverse warrior position). The exercises range from traditional pushups and lunges to innovative "cobra pushups" and "floating lunges." The routines are often intense and always fast-moving. No special equipment necessary.
