Product Description:
You can choose from five different goal-focused tai chi segments: balance, strength, mobility, flexibility or stress reduction. They all feature fluid motions, detailed instruction and tranquil settings (ranging from an outdoor meadow to a cozy fireside). While the actual movements are familiar tai chi classics, each section's exercises are carefully chosen to achieve a specific objective. For example, “mobility” includes weight-shifting positions while “stress reduction” emphasizes slow, deep breathing (sometimes seated on a chair). Scott's one-on-one instruction is exceptionally easy to follow and non-intimidating (“just let your body go where it goes”). DVD also has a short “position review” tutorial section. ©2013.
