Nearly three hours of classic yoga formatted in easy-to-schedule, easy-to-do segments. It features fluid, natural movements with quiet, peaceful cuing. The DVD has seven 20 to 25-minute sections (plus a gentle warm-up and meditative cooldown). Three of the sections are begin/inter-level "lunar" poses — calming, cooling and restorative postures (that include lots of relaxing stretches). The four "solar" segments are focused on energizing, activating and stimulating your body. Mostly intermediate level, these also include a few advanced poses (e.g. full backbends, one-legged positions). The DVD lets you program any section to play in any order, so each daily workout can be totally customized. Some "eastern religion/spiritual" commentary. Quiet music. ©2011.
